See when the message lands.
Seats Edge gives your preaching and worship teams a clear view of the room every Sunday: attention through the sermon, participation song by song, attendance by service and the response at the altar. Every moment lines up with what was said, so Monday's planning starts with more than a hunch.
Answers you can finally put a number on.
You prepare all week for thirty-five minutes on Sunday. Seats Edge shows you how those minutes were received, with the same care you put into them.
Where did we lose them?
The exact minute attention dipped, and the words on the transcript when it did.
Which songs carry the room?
Participation by song: how many are singing, standing and lifting hands.
How many were really here?
An honest head count by service, by section and by minute, with late arrivals and early exits.
Who responded?
How many came forward or raised a hand at the invitation, counted without recording who.
Your whole service on one screen.
Watch it live from the booth, then share the report with your team. Hover over any chart to see the moment behind the number.
Sample data for illustration. Sermon lines and song names are examples.
One report, read four ways.
Preaching team
The attention curve laid over your sermon outline and transcript. See which story held the room, which point needs a sharper illustration and how long the room stays with you before the close. Compare a series week by week, or a guest speaker with your own Sundays.
Worship leaders
Participation for every song: singing along, standing and hands raised. Know which songs your congregation has made their own, which new song is catching on and where the set loses energy, before you plan next week.
Operations and hospitality
Real attendance by service, section fill and arrival curves. Open the overflow at the right time, rope off balconies that sit empty, staff the doors for the late wave and set chairs to match the room you actually have.
Executive and multi-site leaders
The same measures across every service and campus. Spot trends over a season, compare campuses fairly and bring real numbers to elder and staff meetings without asking anyone to fill out a survey.
It understands a sanctuary.
A generic camera system would call a bowed head disengaged. Seats Edge uses a church profile, so it reads the room the way you would.
- A head bowed over a Bible or notebook counts as engaged. Following along with scripture is the opposite of tuning out.
- Hands raised during worship count as participation, and eyes closed in prayer are never marked as asleep.
- Standing is expected during worship and counted as participation, not as people leaving.
- Phones are context, not a verdict. Many people read scripture on a phone, so phone use is reported as a trend for you to interpret, never as a score.
- Kids are counted, never studied. Children in the room show up only in the head count.
Singing, standing and hands raised9:30 service
It fits the week you already have.
Sunday: watch it live
The booth sees attendance, attention and participation as they happen. Open the overflow room when the sanctuary passes 90%.
Sunday afternoon: the report
A one-page report for each service, with the moments that held the room and the ones worth a second look, tied to the transcript.
Tuesday: plan with it
Bring the report to your planning meeting. Shape next week's illustration, set list and service flow with the whole room in view.
Every measure has a reason to be there.
Feedback for the stage, never a score of the people in the seats.
Your congregation trusts you. Seats Edge is built to keep that trust: it measures the room as a whole, stores no faces, identifies no one and never follows a person from one Sunday to the next. We provide simple signage and a note you can share with your church, so everyone knows what is measured and why.
What pastors ask us first.
Isn't this turning worship into a performance metric?
We think of it as stewardship. You already ask "how did it go?" every Sunday; Seats Edge gives you an honest answer from the whole room instead of the five people you talked to in the lobby. The numbers serve the message, not the other way around.
Will our members be identified or tracked?
No. The system does not recognize faces, store images or link one Sunday to the next. It counts and measures the room as a whole. Video is processed on a computer in your building and is not recorded.
We already stream our services. Can we use that camera?
Streaming cameras usually point at the stage. Seats Edge needs a camera facing the congregation, ideally mounted high at the front or in a balcony. Many churches already have one for crowd shots; the setup check tells you if yours will work.
Does it work with multiple services and campuses?
Yes. Each service gets its own report, and the season view compares services and campuses with the same measures, so the comparison is fair.
What about children's ministry and nursery?
Seats Edge only runs in the rooms you choose. In the main service, children are part of the head count and nothing more. We recommend not installing it in children's ministry spaces.
How hard is setup?
Plan on an afternoon: mount the camera facing the congregation, place the crowd microphone and connect both to the booth computer. The setup check then confirms the angle and lighting before your first Sunday. After that it starts and stops with your service schedule.
Bring Seats Edge to your sanctuary.
Pilot churches get a Sunday report every week and a direct line to the team building the product. It works for single campuses and multi-site churches.
