Seats Edge for conferences and speakers

Score every session, not just the survey.

Session surveys reach a fraction of the room, days later. Seats Edge measures the whole room in every session: attention by slide, room fill, photo moments, walkouts and questions from the floor. Your scorecard is ready before the closing keynote ends.

Questions every producer asks

Know what worked while there is still time to act.

Which sessions delivered?

A scorecard for every session on the same scale: attention, fill, walkouts and questions.

Which slides lost the room?

Attention lined up to the slides, so speakers see exactly where to tighten.

What was worth a photo?

Phones raised at the screen: the slides your audience wanted to keep.

Is the room right-sized?

Fill through the day, so you move the overflow session before the doors close.

The event dashboard

Your whole event on one scorecard.

Every room live from the production office, and a scorecard for every session as soon as it ends. Hover over any chart for the detail.

Sample data for illustration. Event and session names are fictional.

Who uses it

From the production office to the green room.

Event producers

Session scorecards across every room and track. Build next year's agenda from what held the audience, not from who filled out the survey.

Professional speakers

A report for every talk: attention by slide, the stories that held the room, laughter and applause. Proof of impact for your next booking.

Sponsors and partners

Attention and fill during sponsored sessions and stage moments, measured the same way as everything else.

For speakers

Your talk, slide by slide.

Rehearsal can only tell you so much. Seats Edge shows speakers the room's response to every part of the talk, so the next version is sharper.

  • Attention by slide, lined up to your deck and transcript.
  • Photo moments, the slides the audience raised phones to capture.
  • Laughter and applause, tied to the line that earned them.
  • Notes and laptops, told apart from people scrolling, so a taking-notes room scores as engaged.

Event questions

What producers ask us first.

Does it replace session surveys?

It complements them. Surveys tell you what a few people thought afterward; Seats Edge shows how the whole room responded in the moment. Together they give the full picture.

How does it work across many rooms?

Each room gets a camera and a small computer. Every session is scored the same way, and the event dashboard shows all rooms side by side.

Will attendees be tracked between sessions?

No. Seats Edge measures each room as a crowd. It does not identify attendees or follow anyone from room to room.

Can speakers get their own reports?

Yes. You decide which numbers each speaker receives, and reports can be shared as a link or a PDF.

Pilot program

Score every session at your next event.

Pilot events get a scorecard for every session, ready before the closing keynote ends.

Pilot rooms get early access to every feature and a direct line to the team building the product.
