Know the moment your room leans in.
Seats Edge turns one camera and one microphone into a live read of your audience. See who is with you, when phones come out, when the room laughs, stands, sings or goes quiet, and line every moment up with what was said on stage.
One system. A different story for every stage.
A raised hand means worship in a sanctuary and a big moment at a concert. A phone held up is a distraction during a sermon and free marketing during an encore. Seats Edge knows the difference, because every room gets its own profile.
See when the message lands
Attention through the sermon, worship participation by song, attendance by service and response moments.
For churches →Crowd energy, song by song
Energy by song, phones up filming, fill by section, bar and merch traffic and floor density alerts.
For venues →Laughs per minute, bit by bit
The laugh map for every set, bits ranked, dead spots found and every comic on the lineup scored the same way.
For comedy clubs →Know which lines land
Line-by-line crowd response, applause timing, issues ranked by response and clip-ready moments from every stop.
For campaigns →Score every session
Session scorecards, attention by slide, photo moments, walkouts and room fill across the whole event.
For conferences →Theaters, schools, arenas and more
Any room with seats and a stage. See every feature and every metric the system measures.
All features →You can feel a room. Now you can see it.
Today, most leaders find out how it went from a few comments in the lobby, a gut feeling on the drive home and a survey almost nobody fills out.
- Every seat, not the loudest five people. The whole room, second by second, from the first word to the last.
- Tied to what was said. Each rise and dip lines up with the transcript, the setlist or the slide on screen.
- Ready before you leave the building. A one-page report with the moments that held the room and the ones that lost it.
Attention through the talksample
Up and running in an afternoon.
No app for your audience to download, no wearables, nothing to hand out. A camera, a microphone and a small computer in the booth.
Mount a camera and a mic
One 4K camera facing the audience, mounted high, plus a microphone that hears the crowd rather than the stage. Big rooms add cameras; the system counts each person once.
The booth computer reads the room
Everything is processed live on a computer in your building. It marks each head by what the person is doing and listens for laughter, applause, cheering and singing. Video never streams out.
Watch it live, keep the report
See the room on a screen in real time, then get the report when the event ends: the moments that held the room, the ones that lost it and how this event compares with the last one.
Every install starts with a setup check that confirms the camera angle and tunes the system to your room.
See exactly what you get.
Each kind of room has its own dashboard and its own headline number. Pick one to see it with sample data. Hover over any chart for the details.
Sample data. Each solution page shows the full dashboard for that kind of room.
The signals behind every number.
Seats Edge reads two things at once: what the room is doing and what the room sounds like. Together they tell you how the moment landed.
Everything you need to read the room.
Live view
Your audience on screen with a ring on every head, colored by what each person is doing. Counts and charts update every second.
Lined up to the transcript
Every rise and dip points at the exact words, song or slide that caused it.
After-event report
One page, ready when the room empties: headline numbers, the curve and the moments worth a second look.
Clip-ready moments
The biggest reactions with in and out times, ready for your social or media team.
Multiple cameras, one count
Big rooms use several cameras. People seen by two cameras are counted once, placed on your floor plan.
Setup check
Before go-live, a short test confirms the camera angle, the lighting and which measures your room supports.
Measured as a crowd. Never as individuals.
Seats Edge tells you how the room responded, not who did what. Video is processed on a computer in your building and is not stored. No faces are saved, no one is identified and no one is tracked from one week to the next.
Built on measured results, not guesses.
We test every measure against answer keys made by people, and we publish what works and what is still in progress.
of applause moments caught
On a 96-minute televised speech held out from all tuning, scored against the moments marked by broadcast captioners.
of live 4K, no slowdown
A full hour of 4K video analyzed live on one computer with no errors, no memory growth and no lag building up.
cameras, one count
Seven overlapping cameras merged on a floor plan. Added up they counted four times the crowd; merged, the count landed within 10%.
Internal testing on public recordings and research data sets, 2026. Results in your room depend on camera angle and lighting, which the setup check confirms.
Good questions, straight answers.
What hardware do we need?
A 4K camera facing the audience, ideally mounted high, a microphone that hears the crowd, and a small computer in the booth. Larger rooms may need a second or third camera.
Can we use the cameras we already have?
Often, yes. Many rooms already have a 4K camera for streaming. The setup check tells you whether its angle and position will work, and what to change if not.
Does video leave our building?
No. Live video is analyzed on the computer in your room and is not recorded or streamed out. Only the numbers and the report leave the building. The one exception is an optional setup clip you choose to share with us so we can tune the system to your room, deleted after review.
Will it recognize people?
No. Seats Edge does not identify anyone, store faces or follow a person from one event to the next. It measures the room as a whole. See privacy by design.
How accurate is it?
Accuracy depends most on the camera angle and lighting. Counting, laughter and applause are strongest; some measures, like raised hands in a dark, packed room, are still improving. The setup check tells you which measures your room supports before you rely on them.
Can it analyze recordings we already have?
Yes, for the sound-based measures. Laughter, applause, cheering and the line-by-line report work on recordings of past events, which is a quick way to see what the report looks like for your own room.
What does it cost?
Pilot pricing is set per room during the pilot program and depends on room size and how many events you run. Join the pilot and we will walk you through it.
